Right from the outset they showed a penchant for retro designs and the leather bags and wallets they also sold reflected this. Clearly showing a flair for retailing their chosen product line, Fossil went on to acquire a number of existing businesses including the Zodiac and Michele watch brands and the Watch Station International chain of stores. They’re now a multi award-winning business with over 350 stores.

What shipping options do Fossil offer?
Standard shipping takes 5 to 7 business days and is free. It’s available for orders with delivery addresses within the US and territories, excluding PO Boxes and Rural Routes.USPS shipping is available for orders with a PO Box, Rural Route, or APO/FPO/DPO address. Orders shipped to a PO Box or Rural Route will arrive within 7 to10 business days. Orders shipped to an APO/FPO/DPO address will arrive in 3 to 5 weeks.
Two day shipping arrives in 2 business days and costs $12.95. Two-Day delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States (excluding PO Boxes and Rural Routes).
Overnight delivery takes in 1 to 2 business days and costs $19.95.

Can I return goods to Fossil?
Fossil are committed to making your shopping experience a success and therefore offer free returns. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, they will accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise for up to 90 days from purchase for a full refund. Proof of purchase or packing slip invoice is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. In all cases, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
Please enclose your packing slip and use your prepaid shipping label to send your U.S. Fossil purchase back for return. If you have lost your Fossil label or packing slip, please call Customer Care at 1-800-449-3056.
If there’s not a store near you please return the item (using the return process) then place a new order online or call 1-800-449-3056 to speak to a Customer Care agents who will be happy to place a new order for you.
Can I change or cancel my order with Fossil?
Fossil are unable to change or cancel any orders once they have been placed due to processing time at their warehouse. It’s recommended that you verify all of your information before proceeding with your order.
