Experiencias Xcaret knows that sometimes situations change and you can no longer make the date you booked – if this is the case then make sure you book at least 2 days in advance of your experience in order to get a refund, minus a 10% administrative fee. Unfortunately, experiences cancelled in the 2 days before cannot be refunded.
