What is the minimum age requirement for renting a car with Enterprise?
There is no upper age limit. However, drivers under the age of 21 will not be able to rent with Enterprise. For anyone between the ages of 21 and 24, you may be eligible to rent, however, you may be charged a Young Renter Fee alongside your booking.
Can I change my booking with Enterprise if something crops up?
This depends on whether you have picked up your vehicle already or not. If you have, you must contact the location where you picked up the vehicle to edit the booking. If you haven’t already picked up your motor, you can change, modify or cancel your booking through the reservations page. You must have your confirmation number to hand.
Can I bring my pets with me in the Enterprise car?
Provided you keep your pets crated and the car is returned in a clean condition and free of any pet hair or feces, you are permitted to bring a pet in the car. Service animals do not need carriers.
What do I do if I am late returning an Enterprise rental?
All customers have a 29 minute grace period to cover daily rentals. You may be charged additional hourly charges if your car is within the 2 ½ hour grace period. If your return goes on past that time, you will be charged for an additional day of renting.
