Which cities can I buy a CityPASS for?
With destinations across the USA and Canada, you can access the very best of a wide range of cities using a CityPASS. In alphabetical order, those cities are: Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, New York City, Orlando, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Seattle, Southern California, Tampa Bay, and Toronto.
Can I have hard copies of my CityPASS tickets shipped to me?
Email is great for some, but you might prefer to receive your order by mail. While there is an additional cost to this, CityPASS can certainly facilitate your request.
Depending on your destination and shipping method, the timeframe will vary quite widely. CityPASS can also ship to your hotel in the USA directly. Either way, you’ll be given a more accurate timeframe and cost after you have entered your shipping destination as part of the checkout process.
I would like to process a return on my CityPASS. How do I do that?
It is a simple, straightforward online process. You’ll have to head to their returns portal and enter your details to begin.
While theme park tickets are non-refundable or transferable, any tickets that you haven’t used can be refunded up to 365 days from the purchase date. You have to arrange trackable shipping if you are returning physical tickets (mobile/electronic tickets will not have this trouble).
Is there a CityPASS ticket office at my destination?
CityPASS offers customer support via phone and other means but there is not a ticket office you can visit at any destination. If you are after printed brochures, You can order some by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be sure to detail the city or cities you’d like brochures for and how many you will need shipped, along with the shipping address.
