What can I expect when it comes to shipping?
Unless you are opting to pick up from your nearest store, which is free, Buckle has a policy of shipping items at a flat rate. Any order within the 48 contiguous states can expect to pay $5 for Standard shipping, $14 for Second Business Day shipping, and $19 for Next Business Day. To get your items as soon as possible, it’s best to place your order before 12.00pm midday Central Time.
Alaska and Hawaii have higher shipping rates, and can’t order for Next Business Day
Does Buckle offer free returns?
Buckle does offer free returns, as long as you place a new order within 24 hours of initiating the return. The original item must be returned within 60 days from purchase with all tags still attached.
You can opt to easily return your item in store with proof of purchase. Otherwise, you will need a printer to create the return slip that is generated during the return process, which you can start online. Unfortunately, the original $5 shipping fee is not refundable.
