How do you use a Bowflex coupon?
Once you’ve selected the products you’re after, follow the checkout process until you end up on the Payment & Billing page. At the top is a small box next to the text ‘Have a coupon code?’ Once you tick the box, a text field will appear where you can type in the code you’ve received on Today.com. Make sure to hit ‘Apply’ before you progress to final payment and only use one coupon per order.
What are the shipping options with Bowflex?
Standard shipping is the most common option but takes the longest. 2-Day shipping and Overnight shipping are much quicker, but do cost more. You’ll receive an email with shipping details when you place your order
There can sometimes be a discrepancy in the system where your package is shown as having already been delivered, when you might not have received it personally. Double check that no one else has signed for the order, there wasn’t an attempted delivery notice and the delivery wasn’t left somewhere. If all else fails, contact the carrier according to the details in the email.
Is it possible to return a Bowflex order?
It sure is. If you aren’t satisfied with your order, give the Customer Service Department of Bowflex a call within six weeks of delivery. They’ll organize a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for you which you’ll need to continue the returns process.
Your products must be in original condition with all accessories and materials included and unfortunately, all shipping and handling is excluded from the total refund amount.
Is there a bricks-and-mortar store I can buy Bowflex equipment from?
Many of the items in the Bowflex range are only available for purchase directly from the Bowflex website. However, you can search for a local retailer that stocks Bowflex on our global retail locator tool. Be sure to specify your local area and you can contact any store that stocks Bowflex. You’ll have to contact them, or visit them, to see what they have in store.
